Buttered Spaghetti With Shrimp And Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce Spaghetti
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp, peeled and devined
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. White wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti and drain. Combine the garlic, shrimp and mushrooms and cook slowly for 5 min in a saute/fry pan, tossing lightly. Add in the spaghetti to the shrimp mix. Add in the cheese, salt, white wine and lemon juice. Stir till done. Serve immediately.
