Ingredients

  • 6 lbs mmedium egg noodles
  • 6 gallons water
  • 4 oz salad oil
  • 1 lb margarine

Directions

  1. Add noodle to rapidly boiling water. Add oil to prevent foaming. stir.
  2. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Drain, then rinse with hot water.
  4. Add margarine and toss lightly.
  5. hold at 140 F until service, if necessary.
