Ingredients
1 x Block butter
2 1/2 c. Sugar
4 x Large eggs
1 can Evaported lowfat milk (2 C.)
20 ounce Mochiko
2 tsp Baking pwdr
12 ounce Coconut lowfat milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x13 pan or possibly 325 degrees in a pyrex pan. Use plastic knife to cut.
