  • 1 lrg Italian bread shell (baked pizza crust)
  • 8 ounce part-skim mozzarella shredded
  • 1 lrg ripe tomato thinly sliced
  • 2 c. thinly-sliced roasted ham
  • 2 x roasted red pepper quarters thinly sliced
  • 2 x roasted red onion quarters separated
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano leaves crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the bread shell on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with the tomato, ham, red pepper, and onion. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with oregano.
  2. Bake till pizza is piping warm and the cheese melts, about 15 min. Serve hot.
