  • 2 c. Bulgur wheat -- medium Grind
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 bn Green onions -- minced
  • 1 c. Mushroom -- minced
  • 4 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano Salt and pepper -- to taste

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Brown the bulgur in a large skillet in the oil and butter. Add in the green onions and mushrooms and cook for another 1 or possibly 2 min. Pour the bulgur and vegetable mix into the pan of broth and add in the oregano and a little salt and pepper.
