Ingredients
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 2/3 c. bread flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. bulgur wheat plus
2 Tbsp. bulgur wheat
1/3 c. minced fresh dill (or possibly 1 1/2 tbspns dry dill weed)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 1/4 c. water
Directions
Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by machine's manufacturer. Process on basic cycle.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
