Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 2/3 c. bread flour
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. bulgur wheat plus
  • 2 Tbsp. bulgur wheat
  • 1/3 c. minced fresh dill (or possibly 1 1/2 tbspns dry dill weed)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/4 c. water

Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by machine's manufacturer. Process on basic cycle.
  2. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. Yield: 1 loaf
