  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 8 sage leaves - 4 chopped, 4 crispy fried in butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • generous pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 3-1/2 cups half and half
  • 3 cups lobster meat, chunked
