Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 10 T warm sauce

Directions

  1. Wash wings well, disjoint the wings, remove tips and throw away them. Cook wings for a couple min on top of stove in butter and then add in the hot sauce and bake for 25 min in a 400 degree oven turning them 2 to 3 times till they are crisp. I like mine covered with foil so they do not get crisp.
