Ingredients
- 12 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Sugar Half tsp. salt
- 4 c. Flour
- 1 c. Orange Juice
- 1 c. Oil
- 3 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 tsp Baking Pwdr
Directions
- Mix Large eggs, Sugar and salt very well (preferably with a beater) Once this mix is fluffy add in the Flour, Orange Juice, Oil, Vanilla and Baking Pwdr.
- Mix very well. Bake in 2 Large 9 X 13 cake dishes or possibly 2 large round cake tins.
- You can also make c. cakes from this mix. This cake is a never flop, popular cake. You can even add in some cocoa to half the mix.
