Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed wi
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Pecans, minced Salt to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Cook the brussel sprouts, covered in boiling salted water till tender, about 10 min. Drain. Keep hot.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in small saucepan and brown the pecans; don't let them burn.
  3. 3. Remove from heat, add in the brown sugar, and stir to dissolve.
  4. 4. Pour the pecans mix over the brussel sprouts and serve.
