Ingredients

  • 2 c. Frzn hush brown potatoes
  • 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Put potatoes into greased 8" baking dish. Top with cheese and onion.
  2. Brown sausage and drain and crumble. Spread over cheese. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
