Ingredients

  • 21 ounce Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 12 x Candy, Reeses miniature Peanut butter c., unwrapped Large eggs* Oil* Water*
  • 12 x Paper muffin c.

Directions

  1. *Follow directions on box for oil, egg, and water
  2. Heat Oven to 350. Line 12 muffin c. with paper baking c..
  3. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg.
  4. Fill prepared muffin c. 2/3 full.
  5. Press unwrapped peanut butter c. into batter till top edge of candy is even with batter.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 mins or possibly till brownie is set.
  7. Don't over bake. Cold in muffin tin.
  8. Makes 12 cupcakes.
  9. If smaller brownie mix is used, follow directions on box, but you probably will come up shy of 12 muffins.
