Ingredients
- 3 c. Brown rice, cooked
- 1 pkt Frzn green peas
- 2 c. Cooked chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. Slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, gro
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Dry tarragon Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in bowl. Transfer to a 3 qt baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
