Ingredients

  • 1 lb Skinless walleye pike Fillets
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Place fillets in a baking dish which has been sprayed with a non stick coating. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over fillets. Cover & marinate for 30 min in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
  2. Broil approximately 4-6" from source of heat for 8-10 min.
