  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dill weed
  • 1 1/2 lb Walleye or possibly bass fillets


  1. Combine all ingredients except fish and mix well. Place fillets in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinading mix over them. Push out air and seal the bag. Chill for at least 3 hrs, turning the bag over midway.
  2. Spray the broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the fillets from marinade and place them on the pan. Broil for 8 to 10 min, till fish is hard and opaque, and easy to flake with fork.
