Directions

  1. Cook garlic and onion in oil in a heavy skillet over moderately high heat, stirring, until sizzling and slightly wilted, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli, pepper flakes and salt. Stir frequently, until broccoli is tender but not wilted, about 5 minutes. Serve.
  2. Note: Can also add grilled chicken breasts (or other choice of grilled meat) into broccoli and stir for 1-2 minutes. Like pasta? Add a jar of Classic Alfredo sauce (any brand) when adding meat. Pour over pre-cooked pasta of your choice. Yum
