Directions

  1. Mix the broccoli and Large eggs. Soften the gelatin in cool water and add in heated consomme. Stir till the consomme dissolves the gelatin; then add in the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and Large eggs. Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or possibly 12 individual molds. Chill till hard. Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
