  1. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add in the mustard seeds and ginger and cook till the mustard seeds start to pop. Add in the onion and cook for 2 min. Add in the potatoes, broccoli, peppers and salt and cook for 3-4 min. Top with cilantro and serve.
