- 1/4 c. Peanut oil
- 2 c. Broccoli florets
- 1/4 c. Scallion, sliced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Basil leaves
- 1/2 lb Pasta twists, cooked
- 1 c. Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Saute/fry Broccoli, scallions and garlic. Add in basil, salt. Remove toss with cooked pasta, cheese and tomatoes. Chill
