Directions

  1. 1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. 2. Pour boiling water over broccoli in bowl. Let stand for several min and drain.
  3. 3. Saute/fry onions and celery in margarine in skillet. Add in broccoli, rice and remaining ingredients.
  4. 4. Spoon into baking dish, top with potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min or possibly till bubbly.
