  • 1 bn broccoli
  • 1 bn green onions -- minced
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced olives -- pimiento-stuffed
  • 4 x hard-boiled Large eggs -- minced
  • 2/3 c. coleslaw dressing

Directions

  1. Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of lower stalks; was broccoli thoroughly. Cut flowerets from stems, and cut stems into 1 inch pcs.
  2. Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 10 min or possibly till crisp-tender; drain and cold.
  3. Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Refrigerate2 hrs.
  4. Yield: 6 servings.
