  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
  • 1 8.5 oz. box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, oregano, basil and parsely
