Directions

  1. Cook broccoli just till tender. Don't overcook. Drain. In casserole dish, put a layer of broccoli, then a layer of Velveeta cheese, another layer of broccoli, and cheese. Crush 2 c. of Ritz crackers; mix crumbs into the melted butter. Spread on top of the broccoli. Bake till cheese is melted and the casserole good and warm.
