Ingredients: 1 c. Minute Rice; 1 c. boiling water; 1 pkg. frzn minced broccoli; 1 sm. onion; 1/2 c. cheese (Velveeta or possibly Cheez Whiz); 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1/2 c. lowfat milk; 3 teaspoon veg. oil; Salt & pepper

1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frzn minced broccoli
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. cheese (Velveeta or possibly Cheez Whiz)

Directions

Mix all together and put in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
