Directions

  1. Clean and cut broccoli and cauliflower into flowerettes, cook till almost done. Drain and pat dry. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add in chunked Velveeta over top of vegetables. Stir crushed crackers into butter (butter), then spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
