Directions

  1. Cook broccoli and cauliflower till just tender, according to package directions. Combine cornstarch with lowfat milk, add in cheese and cook over low heat till slowly thickened and cheese melts.
  2. Combine crumbs, paprika and butter. Put vegetables in 1 1/2 qt casserole, pour cheese sauce over vegetables, sprinkle with crumbs. Broil 5 min or possibly till lightly browned. Serves 6. Can be heated 2 to 3 min on high power in microwave oven.
