Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 pound broccoli (fresh or possibly frzn)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 ounce. cream cheese
  • 4 slices American cheese or possibly shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • Town House crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Boil shrimp for 1 minute. Cook broccoli till just tender. In a double boiler, heat the butter, cream cheese, and American cheese. After this has melted and mixed well, stir in soup. Stir to mix till smooth. Put broccoli in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and drop shrimp on top (cut up larger shrimp). Pour sauce on top and down into shrimp and broccoli. Add in topping of crushed crackers. Add in small package of sliced almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till sauce is bubbly.
