Ingredients
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Lg. can mushroom pcs, not fresh
- 8 ounce Velveeta cheese, in pcs
- 10 ounce frzn minced broccoli, cooked and liquid removed
Directions
- Saute onion in butter; add in soup, mushrooms, broccoli. When this mix is hot, add in cheese stirring frequently. Season with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr to taste. Serves 10.
