  • 1 lrg Idaho baking potato for each person Lowfat sour cream-chives Cheddar cheese soup Broccoli pcs, frzn
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 x minced onion Salt & pepper Add in some chili pwdr for Mexican flavor

Directions

  1. Bake potato till done. While potatoes are baking any (or possibly all) of the following. Brown hamburger and minced onion. Add in salt and pepper as desired. Heat Cheddar cheese soup. Cook broccoli till crisp tender and combine with soup. Heat any leftover chicken a la king, or possibly beef and gravy or possibly pork and gravy. Be sure meat is cut in small pcs. Set out soured cream and chives as one of the topping choices. Serve with a salad.
