Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 x green pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. cooked chicken chunked
  • 1 pkt refrigerator biscuits
  • 4 x onions sliced thin
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. vegetables of your choice

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 425F. Saute/fry onions and pepper in oil till tender. Add in undiluted soup, lowfat milk, chicken and vegetables. Mix well.
  2. 2. Turn into a 9 inch pie plate. Top with the biscuits and bake for about 15 min, or possibly till the biscuits are golden and the chicken is bubbling.
