Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast (1 tbsp.)
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Mix all ingredients together and press onto oiled pan which has been sprinkled with corn meal. Makes two 12-inch round pizza crusts. Bake 10 min, then decorate with pizza toppings and put back into oven till toppings are bubbly.
