Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms - (4 ounce) liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream Seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 ounce ham chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add in mushrooms and onion and saute/fry till onion is soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Butter four ramekins and place in shallow baking dish. Pour water into dish to depth of about 1/4 inch.
  3. Beat Large eggs with cream in large bowl; season with the seasoned salt. Add in mushroom-onion mix, add in ham and blend thoroughly. Fill ramekins proportionately.
  4. Bake till golden brown, about 30 min. Serve immediately.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
