Ingredients

  • 1 x egg
  • 2 c. apricot nectar, apple juice or possibly cranberry juice
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey, molasses or possibly sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla Nutmeg, cinnamon or possibly apple pie spices to taste
  • 1 can frzn orange juice 6 ounce
  • 1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1 c. plain or possibly flavored yogurt
  • 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy.
