Ingredients

  • 2 x loafs Frzn Bread Dough, thawed
  • 1/2 lb Pork sausage, mild
  • 1/2 lb Pork sausage, warm
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 3 x Egg
  • 2 1/2 c. Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Allow dough to rise till nearly doubled. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble sausage. Add in onion. Cook and stir till the sausage in browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Cold. Beat 1 egg; set aside. To sausage mix, add in 2 Large eggs, cheese and seasonings; mix well. Roll each loaf of dough in to a 16-in. x 12-in. rectangle. Spread half the sausage mix on each loaf to within 1 inch of edges. Roll jelly-roll style, starting at a narrow end; seal edges. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 min; brush with beaten egg. Bake 5-10 min more or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
