Breakfast Sandwich Souffle

Ingredients

  • 12 pcs bread
  • 12 pcs sliced cheese or possibly shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes dry mustard
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • Sizzlean or possibly bacon

Directions

  1. In 9 x 13 x 2 1/2 inch dish or possibly pan layer 6 sliced bread in bottom then cheese, then bread, then layer again.
  2. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Beat till mixed. Pour on top of bread layers.
  3. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Put bacon or possibly sizzlean (good) on top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees till cooked, about 20-30 min.
