Ingredients

  • 6 x Egg
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Onioin, Minced
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 6 x strip Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. Ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 c. Green pepper, diced if you like
  • 3 c. Colby jack cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. In large bowl, beat Large eggs and lowfat milk till frothy. Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt, and pepper. Blend into egg mix, beat till well mixed. Stir in onion, green pepper, bacon, ham, and cheese. Pour into a greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Serve hot. Baked loaf may be frzn and reheated.
