Ingredients

  • 1 x (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 x (16 oz) container lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x (2 lb.) package frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. cubed, cooked chicken meat
  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

  1. 1. Combine undiluted soup, lowfat sour cream, hash browns, cubed chicken and ham, onions, and cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. 2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 min.
  3. Top with crumbs, and drizzle with melted butter or possibly margarine. Bake for another 15 min.
