  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 1 lb Grnd, fully cooked ham
  • 1 lb Bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish


  1. In a large bowl, lightly beat 2 Large eggs. Add in the ham, sausage, bread crumbs, lowfat milk, parsley and horseradish; mix well. Press into a greased 6-c. ring mold. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs. Towards the end of the baking time, prepare scrambled Large eggs with the remaining Large eggs, seasoning as desired.
  2. Remove ring from oven and drain juices; unmold into a serving platter. Fill the center with scrambled Large eggs. Serve immediately.
