Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Mix cinnamon and 2/3 c. sugar. Heat butter. Remove crusts from loaf of thin white bread. Roll lightly with rolling pin. Spread with cheese mix. Roll like a jelly roll. Dip in butter. Roll in cinnamon mix. Lay out on cookie sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. After frzn (about 1 hour) take out and cut logs in half. Put in plastic bags and return to freezer. When ready, bake frzn in 350 degree oven. Makes lots!
