Ingredients

  • 6 x Large eggs well beaten
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 5 slc White bread torn into pcs, (up to 6)
  • 1 c. Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb Cooked crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 1 tsp Each of salt, dry mustard, pepper.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and poor into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or possibly 2 qt casserole. May chill overnight if you like. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 min.
