Directions

  1. Cook sausage, drain, set aside.
  2. Line the bread in the bottom of a 13x9 pan.
  3. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
  4. Sprinkle sausage over the bread.
  5. Pour the egg mix evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
