Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound browned sausage (I like sage sausage)
  • 1 (8 to 12 ounce.) block Swiss cheese grated
  • 6 to 8 Large eggs beaten with sufficient lowfat milk to make a scrambled egg mix which will cover rest of the ingredients in the pan
