Directions

  1. Combine bread curmbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Place salad dressing in another shallow dish. Dip pork chops in dressing, then coat in crumb mix. Place in an ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 375 F. for 25 min or possibly till pork is no longer pink.
  2. Yield: 4-6 servings.
