  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp chicken-flavored bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp dry onion flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dry parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dry whole dillweed
  • 1/2 tsp dry whole thyme
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 4 x 4 oz farm-raised catfish fillets Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish. Coat fillets with cooking spray; dredge in bread crumb mix. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
