  1. Combine the butter or possibly margarine, sugar, salt, and raisins with the lowfat milk.
  2. Heat to a boil. Pour over bread crumbs. Allow to set for 5 min. Add in the Large eggs, nutmeg and mix well. Place into a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min. Serve with a Lemon Sauce or possibly a Hard Sauce. Hard Sauce: Cream 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine with 1 1/2 c. sugar. Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and beat till fluffy.
