Ingredients

  • 18 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced or possibly grated
  • 3 Large eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 can crab
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 c. celery, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing

Directions

  1. Remove crusts from bread and cube bread. Mix bread cubes, onions and cubed Large eggs. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator 3 hrs before serving, add in crab, shrimp, celery and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6 to 8.
