Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 can peas
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 1/2 med. onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Toast and cube the bread, fry in skillet in butter with the onion and celery till tender. Add in mushrooms, peas, cooked diced chicken. Stir in a can of soup mixed with 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk. Toss till coated. Place in greased casserole and top with 1/2 c. of mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 min. Uncover and bake additional 15 min.
