Bratwurst In Beer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Uncooked bratwurst
  • 1 can (12 ounce) beer
  • 1 can (16 ounce) sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 4 x Warm dog buns, (up to 6)

Directions

  2. Make 4 to 6 servings
  3. 1. Combine bratwurst and beer in 2 -Qt Microwaveabel casserole, cover.
  4. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 5 min. Reduce power to MEDIUM-HIGH (70%). Microwave till internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, 17 to 20 min, stirring once. If using oven other than Carousel, stir 2 or possibly 3 times.
  5. 2. Add in sauerkraut: cover and let stand 5 min. Serve on buns.
