  • 4 x chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp grnd ginger
  • 4 ounce soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/8 c. bourbon whiskey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr


  1. DIRECTIONS:Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl combine the ginger, soy sauce, onion flakes, sugar, bourbon and garlic pwdr. Mix together and pour mix over chicken. Cover dish and place in refrigerator. Marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove dish from refrigerator and remove cover. Bake in the preheated oven, basting frequently, for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till chicken is well browned and juices run clear.
