Ingredients
- 2 pound London Broil or possibly flank steak
- 2 T bourbon
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for marinade. Score meat and pour marinade over meat. Place in refrigerator. Soak meat overnight. Barbecue meat till still pink inside. Slice thinly.
