Ingredients

2 pound London Broil or possibly flank steak
2 T bourbon
2 T soy sauce
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Mix all ingredients for marinade. Score meat and pour marinade over meat. Place in refrigerator. Soak meat overnight. Barbecue meat till still pink inside. Slice thinly.
